Comprised primarily of Treixadura, this shows delicate aromatics of fennel seed, lemon, ripe pear and herbal notes. The palate has a luscious white Burgundy-like texture (but weighs in at a mere 12% alcohol) showing more anise, chalk, honeysuckle, and finely detailed grapefruit peel and honey'd elegance in the finish. An outstanding bottle of wine that will surely improve with time. cb
